These Terms & Conditions (“T&Cs”) govern all use of, and transactions made through, the laurajane.co.za website. By accessing or using this website, you agree to be bound by these T&Cs in full, together with our Privacy Policy, Terms of Service, and Return & Exchange Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use this website.

2. Product Pricing & Availability

• All prices are displayed in South African Rand (ZAR) and include VAT where applicable.
• We reserve the right to change prices at any time without prior notice.
• Product and session availability is subject to change without notice.
• In the event of a pricing error, we are not obliged to honour the incorrect price. We will notify you and issue a full refund if your order cannot be fulfilled at the corrected price.
• Colour representations on screen may vary depending on your device’s display settings. Subjective colour perception does not constitute grounds for a return or refund.

3. Placing an Order

• Placing an order constitutes an offer to purchase and is subject to our acceptance.
• We reserve the right to accept or decline any order at our sole discretion, without providing a reason.
• An order is accepted and a contract of sale concluded only once payment has been successfully processed and confirmed.
• Order confirmations will be sent to the email address provided at checkout.

4. Payment

• We accept major South African credit and debit cards, EFT, and other payment methods available at checkout, processed securely via our payment gateway.
• All transactions are conducted in South African Rand.
• We do not store or have access to your card details.
• EFT payments must be received and cleared within 48 hours; unpaid orders will be cancelled.
• We reserve the right to verify transactions and decline any order we reasonably suspect to be fraudulent.
• Risk passes to you upon delivery of your order.

5. Stock Availability

Adding an item to your cart does not reserve stock. All orders are subject to stock availability at the time of payment confirmation. If an ordered item is out of stock after payment, we will contact you promptly and offer a refund, substitute, or store credit.

6. Shipping & Delivery

• We deliver within South Africa only.
• Estimated delivery timeframes are provided at checkout and are not guaranteed. Delays may occur due to circumstances beyond our control, including courier delays, public holidays, or adverse weather.
• We are not liable for orders undelivered due to an incorrect or incomplete delivery address provided by you.
• Shipping costs are non-refundable unless we are responsible for an error.
• Risk of loss or damage to your order passes to you upon delivery.

7. Returns & Exchanges

Returns and exchanges are governed by our Return & Exchange Policy. Your rights under the Consumer Protection Act, 68 of 2008 are not affected by anything in these T&Cs.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on this website — including brand names, logos, product photography, copy, design elements, and trademarks — is the exclusive intellectual property of Laura Jane Movement Pty Ltd or is used under licence. • Codes may not be combined with other discounts unless expressly stated.

11. Competitions & Giveaways

• Competitions are open to South African residents only.
• Prizes are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash.
• Winner selection is at our sole discretion; all decisions are final and binding.
• By entering a competition, you consent to us using your name and entry details for the purposes of that promotion.
• We are not responsible for fraudulent entries, scams, or third-party misrepresentation of our competitions.
• We reserve the right to cancel, suspend, or modify any competition at any time without prior notice.
• No late entries will be accepted.

12. TanCan Session Bookings

• TanCan session packages are purchased online and redeemed by appointment, subject to availability.
• Session credits expire in accordance with the terms of your package.
• Cancellation and no-show terms are outlined in our Return & Exchange Policy.
• We reserve the right to refuse service where a client presents with a skin condition or contraindication that may be adversely affected by a TanCan session.

13. Online Registration & Security

• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. Do not share your password with any third party.
• We are not liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorised use of your account due to your failure to keep your credentials secure.
• Notify us immediately at onlinesales@laurajane.co.za if you suspect unauthorised access to your account.
• We take reasonable measures to protect our website and your data but cannot guarantee the absolute security of transmissions over the internet.

14. Electronic Communications
